Congratulations on your new baby!!

I am currently pregnant with my 2nd son.  My first was born prematurely and with CAH.  Both situations were trying as a new mom, but 2 years later both are just part of our life. Ryan is happy healthy and has CAH.  When getting pregnant with our 2nd we knew all the tests we could go through and the risks.  My husband and I felt that we wanted to know as much as we could with this baby, to try and have things be as normal as possible.  I took the dex starting at 5 weeks and by week 11 knew that I was having a boy that will only be a CAH carrier.  My CVS was a good experience.  We went to a great hospital and saw a wonderful genetisist.  I would do it again in a heartbeat----though we have decided we are happy with 2 sons.  Hope all goes well with you.  It is a very personal decision, and everyone ends up making the right decision for them.  Good Luck
