I have two sets of twins.  One of my five year old sons and my nineteen month old son has CAH.  My other five year old son and my nineteen month old daughter both do not have CAH.

I did opt for genetic testing once we learned we were pregnant with another set of twins. I took the dex until we learned through an amnio that my daughter did not have CAH.

It was a great experience for us, with thankfully no complications from the Dex or amnio.  It is a personal decision in which you need to do what is right for you!
