Our 5.5 year old first child (daughter) has SWCAH.  Our next two children (girls) do not.  It really is a 1 in 4 chance of your child having CAH with each pregnancy.  I have heard of someone with two children (both CAH) and another family who had 3 children and the 4th was CAH.  It’s the luck of the draw!!  I guess there would even be families where both parents were carriers and had no CAH children, just by pure luck I guess.
