When I have had to take Olivia to the ER, I have always contacted the ped endo on call (of course it is never during regular business hours). The ped endo then contacts the ER and we have always been sent right in. Once they have assessed the situation, I am then sent out for paperwork, copay etc. But Olivia has always been the first concern.
