Thank you for your words.  It’s always nice to hear from a more experienced parent.  If you don’t mind me asking, how old was your CAH daughter when she entered puberty?  I always think my daughter will be earlier than if she didn’t have CAH.  I don’t know if this is true or not.  Also, did she have to have another operation on reaching puberty?  I was told that usually happens to check that the vagina is ok for menstruation (or I think that’s what the reason was.  It’s a long time ago when I was told when she first had her operation).   Was it not too traumatic for using tampons?  I hope when the time comes, my daughter (and me!) will be able to handle puberty without too big a deal.
