hi all! i am trying to understand why some give the biggest dose of cortef (if it is not equal) in the morning rather than the evening?? i would assume you give the biggest in the evening to supress acth, but i know there must be a valid biological reason to give it in the morning (b/c so many circadian dose, etc).  thanks!
