Hello...I have a 4 yr old daugter with SWCAH. I think the reasoning behind the higher doage in the AM is due to the stress some children have with just getting up to function in the morning. When sleeping, they are not going to be as "stressed" as they will when the wake up. Im no MD but that’s just my opinion. I know my little one is hard to get up in the morning and I think the higher dosage helps her.
