HI all, I give my daughter her biggest dose at 3am. You would not believe the difference in her appearance now. her belly has trimmed down, her face is not breaking out and she my have grown just a pinch, she looks wonderful. From what I understand, if you give the largest dose at night you are theoretically suppressing growth hormone too. My daughter’s endo told me that. I feel that suppressing the natural growth hormone surge has a lot to do with developing osteoporosis. Although that is just my theory.
