Did she have your son on Cortef from birth or Orapred?  The endo I see in that group right now will not put my daughter on Cortef she says Orapred is best.  The only problem is my daughter is now 3% in her height and 5% in her weight.  I have already had to leave our endo in Kentucky because she was not up to date on CAH.  Now I think I might have to switch again if she doesn’t take this growth issue serious enough!  She says she will not put her on Cortef until she can chew or swallow a pill.  I don’t understand that because I crush her Florineff so why couldn’t I crush her Cortef!  I ask another endo in her office that I met when we were there for her surgery and he says it’s because they want to be accurate on dosage and it’s easier to measure the liquid that split the pills.
