I spoke more with the school system and they still refused to give the shot.  So I contacted a lawyer that put me in contact with a man that deals with Federal Disability Laws!!!  Did you know that any school that refuses to take the necessary means to help a Disabled child can lose their Federal Funding!!!  I know I don’t like to think of Tiara as disabled speaking with this man I understand that she is in her own way.  So I sat down yesterday and explained CAH and how important it is for this shot to be administered in a timely fashion.  He made several phone calls and by the end of the day Kentucky School Systems main office had called stating that their apology and will have a solution to the problem by the start of next week.  YES!!!!  I know I can get to the school in a timely manner where the people inside the school should never have to do this--but what IF i’m not??  I think any parent having problems like this should consider calling this company--HLCC Group located in KY.  There is laws that protect us and our children-so enforce them!!!
