I recommend CVS--if they do not have it in stock they will order it and have it there the next day--I have used CVS in KY, NC, and SC and never had any problems suppling any of the meds.  However, if the Endo did not write you a prescription for needles then you might want to ask the CVS near you--they sale them over the counter I believe --I have state insurance so they are not covered unless a prescription is written!!  Best of wishes!
