Well my doctors have been going back and forth trying to get me a diagnosis.  But my most trusted doctor still thinks I have CAH which needs no treatment at this point.

Sorry if this is a paranoid question but... if I really have CAH, and obviously a mild case, is there a chance anything could be wrong with me "down there" and would my gynecologist be able to tell me without my asking?  I’ve only been once so far and I didn’t ask him.  As I understand it CAH (I’m assuming in its more severe forms) can cause a smaller vagina?

It took many many tries before my b/f was able to penetrate me even a little and I was in a lot of pain.  No matter what we’ve tried he can’t go any farther.  He is in his residency and he thinks something might be up with me, which is pretty embarrassing.

I’ll definitely ask my gyno for reassurance next year, but I’m hoping I can get a little before then.
