My daughter (3 mos old) had a checkup today and her labia are more fused than before.  She used to have a vaginal opening and now doesn’t really have one because the labia have fused.  I understand that this can happen in non-CAH children as well?

Does anyone have any advice or thoughts?  Is there something we can or should be doing to try and avoid surgery in the future? (She is not heavily virilized.)
