 Yes something could be wrong if you are diagnosed CAH and you can possibly injure yourself FORCING sex and penetration with out being checked. You should see your Gyn. and possibly a urologist. Until I was checked further I would not force the issue with sex and be careful. If your body is in pain it is telling you something is wrong! Listen to it and consult a professional ! Just my opinion, but would hate for you to do some SERIOUS damage. Sex is not suppose to hurt it is suppose to be pleasing ! Sincerely Cherry Lane
