While I don’t have CAH (I have 2 kids who do) I am at least 70lbs overweight and have struggled to take it off for over 20 years. Nothing I’ve tried seems to work. The one constant I’ve found, though, is that most people don’t measure you by your looks unless you let them. (The ones that do aren’t really worth bothering with)

You may or may not be able to change the outside, but you can do lots with the inside, and to the people who really count, that’s all the difference in the world.
