Thank you all. I am too ashamed to put my weight  (it is over 175 lbs) but I am 5’ 2" and I take pred 3mgs am and 2 mgs at night. Thank you CC I will email you. CarolM I do know a little, I always read your posts, how much can I reduce it by. Thank you Sue but I do not honestly want to see any doctors in London and I hope you will not tell them if you think you know who they are. I think just writing has helped.
