My daughter was on that when she was born. We made are own mixure and that was 4 tsp salt to 100ml of water.  With that we mixed and then gave her 1ml of salt 3 times a day and stored the rest in the fridge for 2 days.  At first we give just by mouth and she would just spit it out, then we were told we could mix the salt with 4 0zs of fourmla.  That worked of a little while until she got smart and new the salt was in the botttle and satrted refussing the bottle all together.  So they took her blood work and found everything was fine and we just stopped the salt altogher at 5 months. She is now 1 1/2 and seems very happy.  I hope this helps good luck.
