My Granddaughter seems to have a leakage problem at age 4......... I am not sure if she is leaking or if she is just not wiping dry! She tells me she leaks SOOOOOOOO this is what I leaning too. She has had the vaginoplasty  at 13 months. She does fine in the day time with the potty but we put pull ups on her at night. Going to the urologist soon to ask the same question. Curious to see the feedback! Cherry
