The recent winner of Australian Idol (Casey Donovan) is quite a large16 year old girl.  She was taunted and ridiculed at school and she said she used that to motivate her to achieve her greatest ambition - to be a successful singer.   She seems like a beautiful person and she channelled her frustration and anger into something really positive and rewarding.   I do think it is important that you find a doctor you are happy with, I would not recommend that at your age (or any age for that matter) you try modifying the dose yourself.  Keep searching for a good one, I also have found that women doctors are a bit more supportive with some issues.  Surely England is not such a bad place for all doctors!   Sounds like you really need someone to talk through these issues with, a child psychologist would be helpful I’m sure.  By the way, do you have a mum/dad, brother, sister, aunt etc you can talk to?
