Hi Sarah - Undersuppression  causes lack of growth and weight gain (not helped by the increase in appetite that is a side effect too!), so I am shocked to hear that your daughter’s doctor increased her meds because of the latter problem.  Undersuppression causes fast growth and a rapid advancement in bone-age

 

 

, causing early puberty.  There are of course other side-effects for both over and under suppression but these are probably the most noticable first signs.
