My daughter has always been slightly under weight. At 13.5, she is 5’6" and weighs 104lbs. She is very thin, wears a size 0. Her CAH has been tightly controlled, with the exception of the onset of puberty a year ago, we had several med changes before her CAH was back in control. She eats quite a bit for someone so thin, but she is very active with volleyball at school. She is amazingly strong, we have horses and she tosses the 50lb feed sacks over her shoulder and carries them with ease. I have watched post after post about CAH kids being overweight, but I have not seen it at all in my CAH Salt wasting child, mabe she is just lucky. Her father and I are both overweight - but neither of us were unil we hit the magic age of 40.Karen
