My daughter had a similar problem as Natalie’s.  Amanda has vaginoplasty at 8 months. At 8 with bad pelvic pain, we had her scoped and found that her surgical urethral opening had not grown with her and had shifted into her vagina. Causing her to pee into her vagina, hence the constant infections, and leakage.  She also had that opening closed off, and a new urethra constructed. So far we haven’t had any more problems.
