My daughter is 4 1/2 and has not had any surgery.  She is moderately virilized with an enlarged clitoris and fused inner labia.  She has a small opening under her clitoris.  She had no trouble potty training and in fact trained very young.  She does leak sometimes.  It’s not enough to have wet underwear all day nor is it causing a smell/bacteria problem.  Usually I suggest to her that she stay on the toilet extra time after she is done and sort of move back and forth to see if it all will come out.  By the way , she has never had a urinary tract infection.  Julia
