I can relate. I have an 8yr old son SWCAH. His sister (does not have cah) started out in a private catholic school. When it was time for him to enter Kindergarten they refused to take him due to the liability. A private school can do that here in my state of Indiana but a public school cannot. I searched and found a brand new school being built in our area and they took him. It is a great school!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
