Hi, not everyone does so well on Dex though, and I would be very careful of splitting Dex into a 2 dose a day ritual, because it lasts 30something hours. You would be overlapping at the second dose. I myself have had this experience, too much Dex is like a monster, the headaches are miserable and so was I. Not everyone is the same of course but your poor child is really going through it, only those that have taken steroids can understand the feeling. I really hope the doctors get him to a happy medium, it’s hard enough just being a kid.

 Please tell him there are people on this board that feel for him and understand what he is going through, I wish him well, I wish him better. Take care
