Some people are on meds 3 times a day, some on 4, some like my daughter are on only 2 times a day.  Some people are on cortef & are taking it following their circadian rhythm.  My daugter get’s Pediapred at 7am & 7pm an dthat’s it.  It works for her, and the other doses works for others.  If your daughter is giving the last dose at 11pm & the levels are fine & the child is growing well, then 11pm is fine.
