I don’t think I am as knowledgeable as Carol, but I can tell you this.  At 10 1/2 months old your daughter should not have severe acne.  Maybe she is allergic to something in her meds.  Also, my daughter was on Cortef (the liquid form) from birth to 4 years old.  She was always and still is shorter than everyone else but she still continued to grow throughout the year and at every checkup since birth she has grown.  Sometimes it is as small as half an inch sometimes it’s been as much as 3 inches.  If you have to see another endo then do it, because something is wrong with your daughter’s meds.  I think she should switch to something like cortef or dexamethasone.  I hope this helped a little bit.
