To cut to the chase of my rambling above...I agree with the others that something looks to be off. And, in my opinion, that "something" is almost certainly that your daughter is getting way too much medication. The question is "why?"

0.2 or 0.15 cc of Orapred is not a lot of prednisone...equivalent to ~4-8 mg of hydrocortisone, depending on how you look at it. Yes, it is certainly possible that your daughter could have the symptoms that she does, even with that smallish amount of medication. But, my hunch is that that is not the amount of medication that she was actually getting. The above was just to give you some ideas about what might have gone wrong, so you can get to the bottom of this with your doctor.
