Interesting that you say your pubertal development was slowed down, but not stopped.  In my daughter that was interpreted as not getting enough Lupron and we increased her monthly injections to stop any progression of puberty.  It worked.  There are various doses on the monthly injections (Depot Lupron) and we increased as necessary.  It worked very well for her.  I know you went through this about 20 years ago, and maybe things have changed.  I would definitely advise anyone who did not see a cessation of pubertal development on the Lupron shots to talk to their dr about increasing the dosage.
