SheilaI have SW-CAH and I have 4 children. I insisted (after my first which was nearly a disaster) on regular blood work. You don’t need to necessarily need to see the doctor but you should have the blood work done. As the pregnancy progresses, you are going to need more meds. If you feel nauseous all the time and extremely weak (can’t open a jar, stairs wipe you out), get to your endo for blood work. This is a sign of under suppression. They’ll tell you, "You’re pregnant! You’re supposed to be sick!" Maybe, but not weak!
Good luck!
