I can absolutely understand your hesitation. I wanted to put in my two cents - I had a CVS done and was very nervous in regards to miscarriage etc. . .but we did want to know about the CAH just so we could make some arrangements as far as where I would deliver, upgrading the new baby’s insurance,. . . all in all so that we could be more prepared in all ways so that this new baby wouldn’t have to go through some of what our first DD went through. I had a CVS, and was given the results of a female who was a carrier but unaffected - so I quit the dex. We were blessed with a wonderful happy baby girl that is affected with CAH and who is virilized. They are now looking into what happened. . . if I knew now that the test was not absolutely 100% correct I would not have taken the risks. Just keep it in mind. Good luck with the rest of the pregnancy! I had no idea how much more LAUNDRY another itty bitty little body would add!!!Elizabeth
