Thank you for your feed back.  I live in Washington State and have checked into FMLA laws.  Since my boys have only been sick here and there, with no hospitalization, I (we) never applied for FMLA.  I just wish that employers were more understanding.  At our next appointment with the endo, I was going to ask him to write a letter to my employer, explaining the amount of care children with CAH need when sick.  Not sure if this would help or not.  Do you know of any website that explains the amount of care children with CAH need?
