Ah Yes, the work problem.  My husband has had difficulty with this as well.  He’s employer doesn’t get it & doesn’t care to.  I am lucky to not have run into any problems..(knock on wood)

Basicly what we do is have a letter  from her Endo. stating that CAH does need parental observation when ill, due to how quicly they can turn from bad to critical.   I have also called her pediatrician whenever she gets sick, no matter how slight just because I want to have it documented that she is sick & I or my husband are home taking care of her.  I just call say she is sick & get correct dosing for tylenol...cough meds..or whatever...it’s now in her chart & I have a record. 

Hopefully your employer will get a clue
