I took dex all the way through my pregnancy with my SW dd, who’s now 7. While I did have many side effects, I’d definately do it again, as she was not virulized in the least, has no abnormalities in her urinary tract, etc., so will not need surgery for this ... ever!! We also avoided that controversial "testosterone bath" while in utero, and all that may or may not imply.
