We had the same thing with my baby, who was a non-salt waster. We had to insert a G-tube in his nose and feed him through it because he wouldn’t nurse enough and lost so much weight. Just make sure the doctors know about the CAH and that the baby is getting his medication. Are they sure he doesn’t need to replace the salt? I would make sure you’re seeing a pediatric endocrinologist. If not, FIND ONE. The nearest BIG city should have one. Good luck.
