Tami, I am glad to hear that we are not the only ones! This type of dosing (at least IMO) seems to be a great way in which to maintain the best levels. I am really dissapointed and surprised to hear that many have not heard of this from their Endos. I guess because our pharmacist said how common it is to do this for children, since they need smaller doses than are made by the pharmatecutical companies.

This type of compounding is absolutely no different from taking the pill form. We use Dr. Speiser, who is very well known in the CAH medical community. If this is a dosing method you are interested in, definately ask your Endo about it. It really is a life saver for those who need the smaller doses and are not comfortable with the suspension.

If anyone has any other questions, please ask away. I would love to help in anyway!
