Kimberly said exactly what I was going to say. Each endo has a different method for treating CAH. I just wanted to add that maybe he would allow you to be more lax in the dosing so you don’t have to wake the child up. We give our girls their Cortef 3x daily and we do it first thing in the morning (around 7), mid afternoon (1-2), and before bed (8-9). Our endo says that this is fine and we have always had good levels. I would just check to see how strict your endo wants this timing to be.
