I can totally relate with your situation. My SWCAH 4yr old has been on the pill since the recall in August of 2000. It is difficult trying to adjust to anything different. Her meds are 2.5mg in the am (7) 1.75 afternoon (12) then 2.5mg evening (9). This works great for us. It will seem hard at first but we Moms and kids will adapt to anything that’ll work! Is till get queezy with the blood draws. the first two weeks after she was born we were at the hospital every morning by 6:00 Am. Then after that we were going once a month. Now that she’s a todler its about once every two months. I have to bribe her with McDonalds or some good treat so I can get her in the door! Trust me it does & it will get better. There is a purpose for these little angels in our lives. God will only give us what we can get thru!
