I believe it is the LIquid form of hydrocortisone that you give with a syringe orally. It has to be mixed at the pharmacy and has a shelf life of about 30 days. It must be kept in the fridge and you get a new prescription every month ! This is al my Granddaughter has EVER been on . The DR. said you can get more accurate dosing in small amounts rather than try to cut the pill in quarters. Cherry
