If your child is still eating a lot of bland foods and baby food type items, I would just add table salt to her food. Once our girls started on "real" foods that we eat, I just season it like I would for myself. However, my kids really like salty things such as pickles and will often request one during the day, so I let them have one. I would try to stop putting it in the beverages and add it to food. One way to check and see if your child is getting enough salt is to taste her tears. If they are salty, chances are she is getting plenty of salt.
