Carol-  Thanks for checking in with me!  I called my endo again and she said she would talk to me about switching my daughter to Cortef tablets on my next visit 2/9/05.  It seems like she has grown a little bit since the endo lowered her Orapred dose.  Elizabeth has her 1 year check up with her pediatrician on Feb 1st so I will see how much she has grown then.  The endo was telling me she didn’t want her on Cortef until she could swallow pills I still don’t know why.  If that is still the debate I have news for her on the next visit Elizabeth now swallows her Florineff.  We used to crush her pills but now she just swallows them.  I knew there would not be a problem to get her to swallow pills because she is one of those babies that puts anything in her mouth.  I will e-mail you later because I have a question for you about Cortef also if you can help.
