hi crystal. i have a son with swcah. the only info i can tell you is that yes, UNTREATED, cah will cause infertility in males. he also should have a testicular ultrasound for "rest" tumors. they are not cancerous, but can be an issue. this, too, is caused from noncompliance with meds. i do not know if this can be reversed.  i sure hope so for you guys. i have to ask, i am assuming that b/c you mentioned he is now on florinef, that he is a saltwaster. did he not have ANY symptoms over the last 10 years??? any illnesses??? i am amazed one could go so long without any meds!!! best of luck....
