not sure whether locah is some salt wasting, but both my 9 and 7 year old boys are SWCAH and they are extremely thirsty as a result, they drink everything and anything all day - which has led to bed wetting issues (starting to resolve them)  and in the summer they consume even more liquid due to the fact that they sweat tremendously and lose a lot of fluid.  hope this helps  brenda  contact me at jetfuelmom@yahoo.ca if you want
