Anyone know how many people in North America have CAH? 1 in 100,000????

Hey does anybody know how common CAH is Canada, or all of North America.. really anything would help. Basically i’m looking to find out if it is like 1 in 1000 people have it or like 1 in a million type thing. I have CAH and I’m going to tell a friend about my condition and I just want facts to help me talk about it. Thanks guys
