Our doctor has always told us that after vomiting, our daughter probably won’t eat. He says it’s because of sore stomach and possibly throat caused by the vomiting. When I vomit though, I don’t eat because of the fear of throwing it up again. Plenty of fluids should do her just fine for the time being.
