hi ! my son with swcah is 1 yrs old. he is a restless sleeper too! however, we have gotten used to it. if he gets up before 7 am and is moving around or fussing a little, we just let him. of course, he is still crib confined so that is an option. usually after about 15 minutes he goes off to sleep again. i agree with the oversupression theory too. if he has been stressed dosed i can usually tell.......... grumpy and wild!
