Hi John,

We don’t use Solu-Medrol (we use solu-Cortef or injectable dexamethasone) but the local paramedics use it and they have instructions to give it to my daughter if she goes into a crisis at school.  I have heard it is more potent than solu-cortef but slower acting.  I figure it is better than nothing if I can’t make it to school on time to give her an injection.  I hope this helps.
