In my mind, it all depends on the close care your child gets, how interested the endo is. This is why this board is such a blessing, so we can as parents can learn from others. Again look at the liquid cortisol issue and look how it was through the power of parents that it was finally withdrawn but at what cost?  These comments are not meant to frighten parents but to help them realise that not everything concerning CAH is black and white! Trust you instincts and do not be afraid to question doctors. I agree with Megan.
