SteveI take 5.0mg prednisone in AM and 2.5mg in PM. I also take 0.1mg florinef in AM. I have been on this dosage for over 40yrs. If I am not feeling well I double or triple the prednisone. I agree that the dosages can cause severe physical and mental health issues.
