I live in Elk Grove and my daughter is 6.  We have just started with Dr. Lum.  We were with Dr. Sheikolisam but as some of the blood work came back pointing toward Locah (but he never told us), and he said we would need someone who was on call....  but we didn’t know why?  Dr. Sheikolisam is semi retired and only sees outpacients.  It took 3 months to get in to Dr. Lum.  She told us off the blood work she thought she had Locah.   We meet with Dr, Lum for the second time on Jan. 28 to start meds.......  I am a little worried because her genetic test came back with two normal geans and the ATCH stimulation test did not go right.  She started at 617 and ended at 350.  I is supose to go up??????  Doctor Lum still thinks she need med, but none of her tests gave me much confermation.  She did communicate well.  She seems well informed about CAH but it is kind of scary to put my child in someone elses hands.  It is great to find people in the area with the same doc...  I am still so new to all of this.  I would like to keep in touch :)
